We are private local landlords who pride ourselves on our support to our student tenants.

We have chosen to offer our properties to let on a fully inclusive basis. Our two daughters went through university. Some of their main worries were concerning their accomodation...
'Whose name should go on the bills?'
'How much will the bills be?' and
'will the others pay their share of the bills?' were questions.
We have decided to remove this worry, and offer our rooms at a fee that includes; rent, gas, electricity, water; broadband and TV licence.

We care for the properties ourselves, so maintenance issues are attended to promptly and there are no agents admin fees.

The benefit to you - no further worries; everything is covered.

We have 3 properties, offering different styles of accommodation at different fees.

If you are looking for a better than average house in which to spend your time at Uni, look no further. Our houses are fitted to high standards, and because we are local landlords, we are there when you need help or something goes wrong.

When you compare the prices of rooms for rent, most details show the room rate per week or month. Locally these rates can be anything from £50 per week to over £100, and this does not include bills.
You need to bear in mind what your bills are likely to be, and this coming year, with high energy prices, you could be in for a shock. Never fear; with our properties, all the bills are taken care of, including broadband and TV license.
So there is no negotiating with other tenants about who is paying which bill, no possible disputes or bad feeling which can happen. You can have peace of mind that there are no concerns or worries, you just concentrate on your studies. It's just like staying in Halls, except you have a small, close knit 'community' of housemates, all of whom are students like you.
