We are private local landlords who pride ourselves on our support to our student tenants.

We have chosen to offer our properties to let on a fully inclusive basis.

We have listened to many parents concerned about the general poor standard of student accommodation, and these concerns mirror our own, when our daughters attended university. Therefore we decided to fit out our student properties with new, or nearly new furniture and equipment, and ensure a clean and bright environment.

We care for the properties ourselves, so maintenance issues are attended to promptly and there are no agents admin fees.
