There's a separate utility room with extra storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, and seperate fridge and freezer. A brand new combi boiler ensures you never run out of hot water and a new walk-in shower has been added. There's plenty of storage for bikes as well.

ample on-road parking at the front.

Gardens are maintained at regular intervals by the landlord.

Buses stop very close to the house. Regular buses into the University and to
NUCA and Norwich City centre (5-8 minutes)

A range of shops, take-aways and a pharmacy are a minute away.

The locked garden shed is available for secure bicycle storage
